This family oriented spacious property is for those seeking a relaxing retreat or active adventures with generous outdoor spaces for gathering & fireside chats. Centrally located in the village, guests can walk or cycle to all amenities (walk & bike trails/hike, waterslides, golf, pickle ball, restaurants, farm markets and Kent's Ice Cream). Make lasting memories with family & friends! The space The cottage is a one minute walk to beach. Bdrm1 has queen bed with bamboo sheets, duvet, coverlet, quiet ceiling fan and portable AC. Bdrm2/Flex rm sleeps 4 with duvets, cotton sheets,extra blankets and ceiling fan; it also provides a flexible space to read, watch a movie or work from home. Great room is an inviting place to play board games, watch TV or enjoy a seated pictorial tour of our rich local history. Kitchen is generously appointed with easy access to outdoor covered porch, gazebo eating/sitting areas, firepit and grassed area for playing outdoor games or chillaxing in a hammock. Guest access Guests have use of the entire fully gated property including paddle boards, kyaks, hammock & water toys. During your stay you have 2 designated free "guest" parking spaces. Rear Lane provides direct beach access. Back porch offers a place to secure/store items; bike rack is available upon request. This property is monitored by security camera. Note: The garden shed is reserved for owner & property maintenance staff. One parking space is a designated "owner only" 24/7 access to property. Guests will be notified in advance of maintenance visitations. Other things to note The Cultus Lake Park is enjoyed by full-time/seasonal residents, campers and short-term vacationers. Strictly enforced bylaws are in place to ensure the safety, comfort and protection of this unqiue village. By-law security staff respond promptly to violations by immediately informing both property owners & guests. We expect respectful guest compliance/conduct with all the CLPB bylaws & house rules: failure to comply may result in immediate guest removal without compensation. Any and all fines incurred for bylaw infractions are the sole responsibility of the guest. These bylaws include the following: 1. Noise: 10 pm outdoor & 11pm inside 2. Smoking: Prohibited in all areas within the park. Neither smoking nor vaping is permitted on the property OR inside cottage. 3. Drug Consumption: Prohibited in all areas within the park including on/in cottage property. 4. Dogs: MUST be leashed at all times and water access only at designated beach areas. 5. Premise Capacity: Vacation rentals require a registered CLPB STR permit which states the maximum property capacity. Our property is registered for a maximum capacity of SIX guests in and on the property. Capacities are monitored and strictly enforced . Bylaw enforcement will notify property owners promptly when properties exceed capacity. This measure helps to maintain safety for both residents and guests to our area alike.
