Cozy up in the love seat by a TV with Roku 3, Hulu, and Netflix. This 3rd-floor master studio delivers an eclectic family atmosphere, plus a deck with verdant vistas. The spa-like bathroom has a deep soaking tube and separate walk-in shower which offers rain-dance mode together with a view of Mount Sutro. The studio is a convenient, kitchenless suite with an independent entrance on the 3rd floor of my house! The space This sweet nest near GGP is a convenient, kitchenless studio on the 3rd floor of my house! You can come and go as you please. It also offers its own separate, luxury bathroom and a deck looking out at Mount Sutro. (Please note 3rd floor - not terrible, but definitely 2 (two) flight of stairs walk up) STREET PARKING in the neighborhood is usually good (see below), there is no parking space with the unit. INDEPENDENT DECK overlooking yards/green spaces. WASHER/DRYER available for your use on same floor. UCSF only 4 blocks away. With a king sized bed bed, new bathroom and fixtures, refrigerator, microwave, espresso maker, flat screen tv (with Roku 3: Netflix, Hulu, etc) and love seat, plus a small table and chairs, there's also plenty of space to hang out. There is a complete set of dishes, glassware and utensils for breakfasts, etc. Best of all, add a deck to catch whatever sun there might be to the mix. The soaking tub helps you relax after a long day, or just take a rain shower in the walk in. It is a 25 minute ride downtown by train 2 blocks away. UCSF is 4 blocks away! I hope you love it as much as I do! STREET PARKING Street parking in the neighborhood is usually good, there is no parking space with the unit. There is a 2 hour limit weekdays from 8a-6p. Effectively what this means is you have to move your car if the tire is marked between 10am and 4pm. Overnights and weekends there is no time limit. (This is good to know for most neighborhoods in San Francisco). I am happy to answer any questions in person or via text, you'll probably want me to stop making suggestions for things to do and places to try, and hearing people's stories makes me exceedingly happy. Within a 5-minute stroll is the heart of the Inner Sunset, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and bakeries to browse. Then feed the brain at the DeYoung Museum and the California Academy of Sciences, before exploring the park all the way to the ocean. The MUNI train line N-Judah stops 2 blocks away, with multiple options of bus lines which will take you downtown (N, 6 or 71) to the Haight (6 or 71), Cole Valley (N), the Richmond or the Presidio (44), Ocean Beach (N) and many places in the city. Not to mention affordable Uber/Lyft etc for a more direct ride to the Castro, Mission, North Beach, Marina, etc. Choose coffee or tea with the Keurig or hot water kettle for your morning americano, espresso shot or tea. A convenient kitchenette featuring a small refrigerator, toaster, microwave, cutting board, knives, cups, dishes and utensils are also there for your use. Guest access The studio has a SEPARATE ENTRANCE, so you can come and go as you please as (this is set up as an independent part of my home). You enter the front door of the house, go up the common building stairwell to the 3rd floor, and go through your door into the private studio with its own bathroom. You also have a deck out the back for quiet contemplation and enjoying the view of Mount Sutro.
