Enjoy your vacation in the fully equipped vacation home! The space The cozy Frisian house Teetje is located in the tranquil Hilgenriedersiel directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast. As one of the oldest houses in the village, it was lovingly renovated in 2019 and can accommodate up to nine people on a floor area of 120 square meters. The large garden and the proximity to the natural beach invite you to relax! The house has two master bedrooms and one children's bedroom with bunk beds and a cozy attic with four more beds. There are also two modern bathrooms with shower and a guest toilet. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with open views of the countryside and large dining table offers enough space for the whole family. A fireplace ensures relaxed evening hours. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The large garden has a fenced area with sandpit as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and barbecue. The vacation home was renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It is ideal for a big family vacation or a vacation with friends. Several parking spaces are available for free and there is also the possibility to park a motorhome. Enjoy a few relaxing days in the fully equipped vacation home. Other things to note During the high season, a tourist tax of two euros per night per person (18 years and older) applies. This can be paid in cash upon arrival. For stays of less than four nights, a surcharge of 20 euros per person is due for the provision of bed linen and towels. Alternatively, you can bring your own.
