Private, studio efficiency on the waterfront!

Private studio efficiency with bathroom, fridge, microwave, Keurig, plates, mugs etc. Full size bed, futon (opens to full size bed), and sauna. TV. Private entry. WiFi (limited service area with limited bandwidth). Short walk down to the waterfront. Waterside deck for sunbathing and swimming in the lake. Also an ideal fishing spot. Be prepared to use stairs. The space Very private, secluded guest room at the lower level of a large, four level lake house. Ideal for a weekend getaway. Hosts are usually home, up on third level, well away from the guest room. If planning on using the futon as a bed then please book for 3 guests and incur a nominal up charge. The futon accommodates two people, however the room is considered too small for four guests. Guest access Guests are welcome to climb the spiral staircase to access the upper exterior deck, with lounge with fireplace. This is the perfect spot to throw down a towel and enjoy the sunshine with full privacy. Or take a short stroll down to the waterfront where you will find lots more space to lay out and swim. Please be sure to ask for a tube or other float to use in the lake (we have plenty to share). Other things to note Please ask about staying to enjoy the lake after your checkout. We know it can be hard to leave! 220V, 30A outlet for EV charging.
