A 36' 5th wheel located on our RURAL property in Williamsburg, 10 miles away from the border of Traverse City. Unit is 100 FEET from our house. It has living room/dining room/kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/12-gal. hot water tank/firepit/picnic table/double Adirondack chair. YOU WILL DRIVE ON 1/4 MILE OF DIRT ROAD just before arriving, maintained ONLY by the County Road Commission. Adults only, NO PETS, no smoking. Guests who enjoy being in a remote area will appreciate what we have to offer. The space It's not unusual to encounter various wildlife like deer, turkeys, rabbits, fox, many species of birds, and the occasional bear. We can provide parking for recreational vehicles. Property is close to hiking at TART & VASA trails, & Sand Lake Quiet Area. Free boat launch at Skegamog Lake & East Bay. Also close to Elk Lake and a few others scattered about. Guest access Access available to all interior parts of the 5th wheel.
