This is an entire house in a friendly/quiet neighborhood, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is perfectly set up for both short and long-term stays. It is located in the middle of town, near Oak Park, Located 5 minutes from Trinity Hospital, and 8 minutes from airport. The house has driveway and off street parking, Hot Tub, outdoor heaters/patio set, washer/dryer, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is also space in the backyard to park either a camper or trailer if needed. We do allow dogs but they must be kenneled when they are home alone. Please clean up after them in the yard. There is 2 trash cans available, one is for general trash, other is only for recycling. There will be a additional fee if hot tub requires additional cleaning. Check out instructions: Please strip the used bedding and put in the laundry room. Please start the washing machine of all used towels. Please all trash must be picked up. Entire home & yard. Very peaceful neighborhood. Available parking on driveway & off street available as well. There is also space in backyard to park campers or trailers. There will be additional charges: For any stains, tears, or burnt, (Towels, Bedding, curtains, carpet or damage on furniture)
