Very close to Tippy Dam/Backwaters, Big Manistee River, and Pine River. Ride snowmobiles from cabin to trails!!! Cable and Wifi provided! * Cabin is just off M-55!! Read listing in full prior to booking! The space This cabin is unique mostly because it offers all of the modern amenities with a rustic, yet very clean appeal. Experience the area and cabin living without sacrificing a thing! A lot of cabins in the area are tiny, stuffy, and quite dated. Come check us out! Fire-pit and charcoal grill located in rear of property. Guest access The entire cabin and property is yours to enjoy without interruption. You're also welcome to use the large parking lot in the rear of the property to stage snowmobiles/Trailers or for additional parking. The two track running at the rear of the property is public and cannot be blocked. Thank You! Other things to note During busy holiday weekends we are told the highway is very busy. There is a decent amount of room between the house and the road but occasionally a guest reports it is noisy. Please understand this prior to booking. Refunds will not be given for road noise. It is out of our control. There are also businesses located next to and across the streets. Homeowner Severely Allergic to pets. No Pets. Do NOT arrive with pet, you will be asked to leave without refund.
