Seaside Modern Comfy 2-bedroom House next to Shore

Situated in a quiet area of Marsaskala, this modern airconditioned maisonette offers tranquillity, relaxation and calm. The crystal clear Mediterranean sea is enough to urge you to go for a dip in summer or for a walk along the cliffs during our mild winters. The house is next by the sea and the rocky beach is only a couple of steps (literally!) away, which would allow you to go for a swim and come back up in a matter of minutes. In Winter, the same steps will lead you to a spectacular sunrise. The space The recently-renovated maisonette (own door from the street) is large (70 sq m), well lit and is very well equipped. Ample free parking available around the building. The main bedroom has blackout curtains and can sleep two people. The second bedroom also has blackout curtains and can sleep 1 or 2 people/kids (bed extends out). Another 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster. Wifi and TV available. Main bedroom and living room/dining room/kitchen are airconditioned. The bed in the main bedroom is motorised - individually left and right. Bed linen and towels are provided too. Apartment comprises safety features like fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detector and fire exit sign and medical kit. There is also a washing machine in the backyard room. Other things to note In respect of Maltese Law, an Eco-contribution is chargeable at the rate of €0.50 per person per night, subject to a maximum of €5 per person per visit.
