2 bedroom apartment in a new building. 800-900 meters from the sea (5-7 minutes walk). 7th floor of an 11-storied building. Yard, security, intercom, spacious platform, 4-5 apartments on the floor, a good elevator that will not stretch for a long time (due to the huge number of apartments in one entrance, as it is now almost in all new buildings of Batumi).
