Amazing sea house with a fantastic view

Do you want to spend your holiday in your own house by the sea with an outstanding view? We're renting out one of our houses with shared garden for 5-6 people located in Utvalnäs, Gävle. The house is newly renovated with light furnishings, 3 bedrooms (two double beds and one single bed but with space for two kids). The house is approximately 25 minutes from Gävle city with beautiful nature, fantastic ocean view and nice local restaurants nearby. We also have one rowing boat that you can use. Guest access The property is an old family plot that is disconnected. Guests are welcome to be on our part grounds, terraces and docks. The plot is an old related plot that is shared. Guests are welcome to be on our part of the garden, terrace / patio and docks.
