Our house is situated in a little village in the middle of nature park only 30 km from the city centre of Prague.We offer 5bedrooms, 3bathrooms for 8 pers.and sauna.Outdoor area offers terrace with beautiful view, barbecue and sports playgrounds. The space Our house is situated in a little village in the middle of protected area of the Velkopopovicko nature park. You will find Dubiny at 400 m altitude, some 4 km to the south of Velké Popovice town and only 30 km to the south-east from the city centre of Prague. This picturesque and peaceful area is also called the Microregion of Josef Lada or Country of Baron Ringhoffer. The house has been build and is managed by family Záhorský who is pleased to welcome you there. You can rent the whole house fully equipped exclusively for you and your relaxing vacation. The house has a capacity of 5cozy bedrooms with optimal comfort for 10 persons. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, guest sitting room, 3 bathrooms. Outdoor area offers large terrace with beautiful view, barbecue, playground for tennis or volleyball, sandy playground for your kids and garden with decorative pools. Magnificent surroundings and beautiful landscapes attract for trips by walking, on a bike or on a car. There is also a playground for these sports including playground for petanque and table tennis. There is also a lot of table games including playing cards and dice. The house has a large number of books in Czech and English languages. For your better orientation in the house as well as in the surroundings the rooms have been named after some villages in neighborhood. Bathrooms are classified by colors: green, blue and yellow. The blue and green ones include shower enclosures, and the spacious yellow has a big bath and a pissoir. All three bathrooms have a bidet. The spacious kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor and are fully equipped for 10 persons (Miele appliances, dishwasher, oven, steam owen, etc.). The guest sitting room features a stylish tiled stove and the satellite TV. Wi-Fi network has been set up in the whole house area. Linens and towels are included in rent. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. In 2015 we built a new sauna in the house with a capacity of 4 pers.!! Sauna is included in the price, no other costs. Other things to note Kids are always welcome. Our house is fully equipped for babies.
