My place is close to restaurants, activities, nightlife, #CLU, #SportsAcadamy, #Amgen. 2 miles from the main road. 30-40 min to Hollywood/Malibu Beach. 1 hr to Santa Barbara or Venice in LA. My rooms have great light, comfy beds, and are very quiet and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two bedrooms on that side of the house and share a bathroom. Check availability to rent together or separate. No Pets. No Babies. Government ID required. The space This room has a desk with USB and electrical outlets. Mirror for doing make-up. Closet and a dresser for clothes. Hair dryer in bathroom. Iron and board available. You have a private entrance which enters through the bathroom, kinda weird I know, so knock before entering. There a patio with the privacy of your own side of the house which has a shared bathroom with the second available bedroom. There is no kitchen access, but in your room you have a mini fridge w/freezer. The hallway has microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and travel cups are provided as well as plates, utensils, napkins, salt and pepper packets. Our library is available for something to read, but please don't take any off the property. Sorry, but no guest pets allowed. And not suitable for babies. Guest access Your entrance is on the left side of the house which allows you to come and go privately. There are 3 steps up to the door. This entrance is through the bathroom, kinda weird so knock first. Just outside your entrance you have a private patio with a table, chairs and umbrella and 2 sun loungers. During your stay My husband and I will be happy to help with any questions you may have planning your trip to this area. Local magazines will also be available with events in the area. Other things to note Please make sure that you have verified all your info, a clear selfie of you, government ID, etc. with AirBnB as it is required by me and I will check your ID when you arrive. There are two bedrooms at this end of the house that are available to rent. Great for families. There is one bathroom that is shared by both rooms. No Smoking. No guest Pets. Quiet time after 10pm
