The adjacent large dining table has seating for 8 for enjoying freshly prepared meals or games. The full kitchen has ample granite counter space, white appliances and a gas cooktop. It is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. Sip your morning coffee from the outdoor seating on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze. The laundry room is right off of the dining area. It has a full-size washer, dryer and cabinet space. There are two bedrooms on this floor.
