Minimum age to check-in is 21. All guests must be over the age of 15 years old. The Villas at Ruella are four blocks from Old Town at 203 Ruella St. near cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach! Unit 3 sleeps 4 guests with a Queen bed and a Queen sofa bed in the living area. Lounge by our swimming pool, enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a kitchenette, plus off street parking. Pets under 25 pounds are permitted and must be on a leash in common guest areas. The space Unit 3 is a room living room / bedroom combination with a mini fridge and microwave. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper. Maximum number of guests is four. No children under the age of 15 permitted as guests or visitors.
