The space Cozy, quiet studio with it's own bathroom and entrance in a private house on a tree lined street, within 20 to 45 minutes from everything in NYC. Ideal for one person. You will have a private space that you enter from the fenced/gated backyard with keycode access that is customized for each guest. To refresh or unwind, you will have a private bathroom with toilet, pedestal sink, standing shower and good water pressure. Necessities provided such as hand soap, body wash, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, fresh towels and linens, along with blow dryer and iron at request. Refrigerator/microwave, coffee/tea, work area with large desk and chair. I work long hours so you may not see me, but you may hear me coming and going in the morning and evening. Other things to note Please no smoking, no pets, no amplified sound, and no visitors or additional guests. The space is ideal for just one person. 20 minutes to the Barclay Center/Downtown Brooklyn and 40 minutes to Wall Street, Midtown and much more. JFK is the nearest airport and Brooklyn College, #2, 5 subway stop, express buses to Manhattan, local restaurants, and Target shopping center are a 3-5 minute walk away (dependent on your stride).
