This studio is ideally located between lake and mountain, between Annecy and Albertville, at the foot of the Dent de Cons, close to all the necessary shops while being close to nature. This place can accommodate up to 4 people. Sheets and towels are included in the rental price. Remember, we're not professionals. We are a family who are happy to host you. Humans first and foremost. The space The accommodation is located on the ground floor of our house with a private parking space in front. You must return the accommodation in the clean condition in which you found it and remove the sheets before your departure. We do the check-in and check-out together. Other things to note There is no WiFi in the accommodation. We are waiting for the fiber to be installed.
