We have an amazing south facing garden, your own private decking area. The space The annex is a beautifully designed space with a fully equipped kitchenette, living area with smart TV, full bathroom with large walk in shower and toilet / sink. We also have the bedroom at the rear of the property with doors leading into your large private decking area with astro grass. Cosy in the winter months and surrounded by trees for a ‘treehouse feel’! Guest access You will have parking onsite free. One car space will be yours and accessible 24-7. Your annex is detached and completely private from our house. The decking leads onto our garden. Other things to note The area is well connected with Public buses, private taxi’s, and beautiful walks right on your door step. Hailsham town centre is a 5 minute drive away. Pub and restaurants within 1 mile (we can always tell you our favourites). Eastbourne, The South Downs National Park, Historic Lewes, Seven sisters, Knockhatch adventure park, Cuckoo Trail & Drusillas park all close by!!
