Waterfront Condo Lake of the Ozarks~ Lazy Days Rd

Waterfront condo on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!! This 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo has all comforts of home, with 2 pools, playgrounds and outdoor pavilions for you use. Along with docks you can fish from with fish cleaning stations for your convenience. We have parking for your trailer, a boat ramp at the complex and the Public Beach Launch ramp is very close by. We have a 12'x30' boat slip that can be reserved as well. Beach towels are provided, so is Charmin toilet paper!! The space Nice, comfortable LAKEFRONT unit across from one of two pools and one of two playgrounds. This unit also features a large screened in porch. Our Lakefront dock in front of our unit and you can fish and swim from the dock. You can also reserve our boat slip. It is a 12'x30' slip, If you have your own boat, there is trailer parking and a boat ramp available in the complex or the public beach ramp is also very close by land and water. The rate for the slip and trailer parking is $30 per night. Grocery stores, dining, golf, shopping, waterfront and off water attractions, local hospital and medical care are all within 5 miles of our location!! Guest access Pool, play ground, docks, boat ramp, fish cleaning stations are all on property. Other things to note We have a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot with coffee and filters provided. We provide dish soap, Tide laundry detergent, Downey Softener beads, Bath and Body hand soaps, Bounty Paper towels, Charmin toilet paper, Glad trash bags, beach towels for the pool, pool toys, a Lily Pad for the lake, luxury bedding, luxury sheets and towels. We have NICE pots, pans and kitchen wares. The HVAC system is new, solid surface cooktop, NEW dishwasher, new carpet in the bedrooms, luxury flooring in the Living Room, new TALL toilets in the bathroom. The shower heads are new with easy to use hand held feature. Dierburg’s grocery store, HYVEE grocery store, Super Walmart and a Dollar General within a few miles of our unit! Many dining experiences by land and by water are in close proximity (I’m always happy to provide recommendations). You can rent kayaks and paddle boards delivered to you, Big Surf Water Park is close by. So many things to do or just relax by the pool! If you do need to do some work, there is a desk and we have a WiFi booster so you can get it done quickly! We also live close to our unit, so if you do need anything, we can be over in a flash! I inspect our unit after the cleaning people clean to make sure everything is perfect for your arrival!!
