Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families or groups. Inside, the home is fully stocked with essentials for both everyday comfort and easy entertaining. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is complemented by a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside to enjoy generous patio and deck space, perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, and relaxing in the laid-back Old Florida atmosphere. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage. Your access includes: Direct river access and boat dock, on first come first serve. Boat parking in overflow area. An outdoor BBQ grill for your personal use, access to pool, outdoor volleyball, shuffle board, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, gym, petting zoo and so much more.... We respect your privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and responsive via the app should you need any assistance or have any questions.
