Full bathroom and separate full laundry room are also on main floor. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. There is an outdoor brick patio for summer night BBQ's. Table with seating for 6 and umbrella for shade. All utilities - wifi, internet and cable are included in rental price. Basic cable with Samsung TV - Smart TV's to link to your own streaming accounts. 10 minute walk to downtown Main Street for village shops, restaurants, food stores and Southampton train station. 10 minute car ride to Cooper's Beach. Addition since photos: there is a manual gate on driveway. Fully equiped with everything you need for your stay - everything is included!
