This property was just completed August 2022, beautifully decorated, sitting at a 4,300 ft. elevation in Gated Smoky Mountain Retreat. Main Level: The great room has a very open concept with expansive sliding glass doors and windows in every room of the house. Enjoy the view from the living room that lead out to the beautiful, covered deck with gas stone fireplace, built in gas grill and Adirondack chairs! Nicely stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, breakfast bar for 3, dining table will sit 10 comfortably and a half bath. Living Room with 75"TV, surround sound in open great room. Two master king suites on each end with private bathrooms, the first master suite off the living room has a gas fireplace, and large shower with rainfall. 55" TVS in both rooms. The second master suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with jets. Upper Level: Loft with two full futon beds, each sleeping 2 kids ideally or two individuals. 65" TV, Coffee/Bar Station, Two King Bedrooms with full bathrooms each. As you enter this beautiful 1,000-acre gated community, you will be greeted by cascading streams, a picnic area and large playground, all accessible to our guests. The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain. If hauling a trailer, it can be left at the sales center. No RVS are recommended to travel on the mountain. Guest access The whole property is set up for guests, however, the garage and any locked closets are not available to guests. Other things to note Wi-Fi can be spotty due to the location the house sits.
