Beautiful getaway in Sioniac

On the heights of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, recently ranked among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France", in the heart of the small quiet and peaceful village of Sioniac, let the sound of bells and roosters' crowing punctuate your days. This charming house (classified as 3* furnished tourism) typical of the half-timbered houses has been renovated by us. You'll be just a 5-minute drive to the center of Beaulieu, its shops and access to the Dordogne (2.5 km). While we do our best to accommodate your specific requests, let's avoid surprises😉! // Our house (approx. 75 m²) is fully equipped and consists of: - 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 - Bedding from August 2024) - a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen - shower room and separate toilet - upstairs, a large open room with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 2 single beds (90 x 180) The house is fully air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning), and has a pellet stove for the winter. Beds will be made upon arrival, and towels will be available, so don't worry about bringing them! Also, a baby chair, bathtub and baby bed are also there to make your stay easier if you come with a young child. Guests can enjoy the outdoors (not enclosed) at their convenience: - a terrace & pergola: garden furniture for 6 people, gas plancha and two sun loungers at the foot of the banana trees - a wood of more than 1000 m² where you could find some mushrooms or some figs in the right seasons. The wood is left free to develop and is a great playground for wild animals that come close to the village. It is minimally maintained. Children must remain under supervision. ******** We choose not to charge extra for: cleaning, sheets, towels, dog, electricity or heating; and everything you need is at your disposal for your first nights (toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing product, coffee, dishwasher tablets, laundry, hygiene products (shower gel and shampoo)... We therefore count on you to leave the house clean and tidy; as you found it when you arrived. Household products, vacuum cleaner, broom-mop, microfibers... are of course at your disposal on site. We can thus offer our house at affordable rates for families on vacation in the Dordogne Valley, a very touristy area where the rates of classified accommodation can be high. We therefore count on the honesty, courtesy and responsibility of everyone🙏! Other things to note Our small house is located in a village in the middle of the countryside on the heights of Beaulieu, don't be surprised to see your days punctuated by the sound of bells and the singing of roosters... and to come across some dogs, donkeys, tractors, horses or chickens in the neighborhood! Pets allowed but land not fenced. Free street parking: to park your car, no stress, park along the street either against the cemetery wall or against the wall above the garden of your choice.
