The space Welcome to my riverfront home that sits at the end of the block without a care in the world. This apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 2 family vacation home. You’ll immediately fall in love with the spectacular views with wildlife hanging out in the surrounding marsh that you can view from any of the 4 balconies or while playing in the kayaks, lounging on the dock, or hammock. It’s peace and relaxation that’s undefinable. Featuring 3rd floor master bath with jacuzzi tub, private balcony, and king pillow top mattress. The guest bedrooms feature queen pillow top mattresses, full premium cable with 50” LCD Smart TV, free WiFi fully stocked kitchen and gas BBQ grill on the main balcony and tvs in all 3 bedrooms. Cruise around on our bikes or take the parks pass to the beach for free parking. You won’t be disappointed! The 1st floor is a 1BR apt and a rental as well if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house! Please note, the river is a tidal river and will dry out at low tide, pets must be approved prior to booking and weekend trips require a min booking unless attached to another reservation.
