Your family and friends will have everything within walking distance (3 min walk) in this accommodation located 350 meters from the family beach "La Grava" in the heart of the port of Jávea, with all the services you may need. The space The 90m2 apartment has been recently renovated and has 4 bedrooms, a living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a gallery and a balcony. There are 4 single beds of 90cm, one double bed of 150cm and another double bed of 135cm. All mattresses are new visco soft (foam and viscoelastic) of medium hardness (see photos). Each bedroom has a very quiet ceiling fan with light for different environments (warm, white). For winter stays, all rooms also have newly installed radiators. Very important, especially in summer, is the parking inside the building, closed and with a garden. 3 minutes by car there is an electric vehicle charging point (see map, in my pictures) Guest access Inside the building you can leave up to 2 vehicles in its 2 parking lots with total security. If your children are playing on the lawn while you are at home, you can keep an eye on them from the dining room window. Just make sure they comply with the development's rules. Pets under 10kg are allowed. The guest must be aware that their pet does not disturb the neighborhood (neither with noise, nor by doing their business in the house or in the development. Animals are strictly forbidden from entering the lawn). WiFi has an additional cost and the password will only be provided upon payment on arrival of €30 for stays of 1 month, €10 for stays of 1 week or less, €20 for stays between 7 and 15 days. For check-in after 11 pm, there will be a cash surcharge of €50 upon arrival. For stays of 1 month, €150 will be paid on arrival for electricity and water depending on the month in question. Replacement of butane gas bottles will be the responsibility of long-stay guests. Other things to note If you come for a long stay to work from home, tranquility and relaxation are assured, with quiet neighbors and in an idyllic coastal and natural environment and, at the same time, full of life, where you can enjoy your free time. Important rules: It is of the utmost importance to respect the neighborhood's rest hours (from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). No parties are allowed in the apartment that disturb the neighborhood. Other rules of the development must be complied with, such as parking correctly occupying the space of a square, not playing ball on the lawn of the garden...
