Vacation home with fantastic garden

Welcome to our lovingly decorated vacation home with a gorgeous garden on the outskirts of the village of Flachslanden. For a great short or long stay we can offer the following: -> complete vacation home just for you -> large terrace -> huge garden with pond -> Barbecue/fireplace -> rustic garden hut -> fully equipped kitchen -> Smart-TV & NETFLIX The space On the first floor of the cottage is the living area with open kitchen, dining area, wood burning stove and a comfortable corner sofa with sleeping function. From there, a corridor leads to the bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom. The attic, which is reached via a staircase, is equipped with a 2x2m double bed as well as in an alcove with a 1.4x2m bed. Due to the relatively low slopes of the roof, walking upright is only possible in the middle of the top floor. The solid wood furniture is made by a carpenter and painted mainly in shabby look. Slippers are recommended in the colder months, as the entire first floor is tiled. Guest access The whole cottage is at your own disposal. You can get the key from the key box in the garage next door. Other things to note - heating the house is primarily by firing a wood stove and can be supported by four infrared radiators - the garden area covers about 5,500 square meters. About half of this is available for you alone. The demarcation can be taken from the line on the aerial photo - you can swim in the pond. However, please do not jump from the edge, because there are fish in the water and the risk of injury is too high - campfire at the fireplace is possible. The wood is on site - additional cleaning during your stay can be requested for an extra charge - we always try to be considerate of our guests during the garden work - ideas for trips or restaurant visits in the surrounding area can be found in the cottage
