Come vacation with family at the lake! The Bayview Bungalow is located in the popular Assembly Park, a private community on Lake Delavan with a members and guests-only beach featuring water slide and water trampoline. The park has four playgrounds (one just outside the house), sand volleyball and basketballs courts, baseball field, shuffleboard, tons of play equipment and a boat launch. The cottage features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a full bed/twin bunk and additional twin. Additional living spaces include a family room with pull out couch, sunroom with lake views, spacious back deck with pass through bar to the kitchen! The kitchen has everything you need if you’d like to cook. You are encouraged to use the entire space, private beach, boat launch, and parks! Assembly Park is a lovely lake house community on Lake Delavan. The park includes four playgrounds, one dog park, a private beach with water slide, water trampoline, and 2 piers outlining the beach! “Big park” includes a full basketball court, baseball field, sand volleyball court, gazebo and tons of playground equipment. Countless swings, slides, jungle gyms, and play equipment at all 4 parks! Driveway allows for 2 cars! Additional parking a few streets over. Please let us know if you need directions to the additional parking Please be respectful of noise levels on back deck at night, quiet hours are after 10pm outside. Dogs are encouraged to use the dog park in the community for potty. Please pick up after them!
