Two futons and 2 pull out couches for sleeping. Two - 1-person kayaks & 1 double, gas grill, and hot tub [available seasonally] are available for your use. We have two outdoor fireplaces, one wood burning and one gas fireplace in the pergola. Guest access Entire home and garage. Other things to note Dogs are allowed [limit 2] with an additional pet fees. One dog $150, two dogs $200. Outdoor wood burning and gas firepits available. Firewood can be purchased locally at roadside stands and the 7-Eleven gas station in Chaumont. We try to mow before your arrival, but there may be times where the lawn service must mow during your stay depending on weather. Snow removal is on an as needed basis. Kayaks & life vests are available for your use and are stored in the garage. Extra propane tanks for the grill & outside firepit are located in the garage.
