Some of Phuket's most beautiful beaches (Bangtao/Layan/Laguna) and the beautiful Laguna Golf are less than a 10-minute drive away. The same goes for the Blue Tree Aquatic Center, which will delight the whole family with its lagoon The space Private comfortable van transfer from the airport to the villa on arrival and departure is included in the price as well as cleaning twice a week, pool and garden maintenance (3 times/week). The villa has private parking in front of the entrance within a 24-hour secure residence (24 villas) and has a gym. You can fully enjoy your stay in this 200 m2 single-story villa nestled in a lush tropical garden and cool off in its 7 m x 3 m Balinese pool. All the necessary amenities for your comfort and relaxation are provided (equipped kitchen, BBQ, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, king size beds, outdoor deck chairs, parasol, washing machine, dryer...). If anything is missing or if you need a service (scooter rental, car, home meal, outing organization etc...) your host will be happy to help you. Guest access The private villa has a living area of 200 m2 on a plot of 300 m2. There is a private garage in front of the villa's private entrance. The 7 m x 3 m Balinese pool is salt treated and has an outdoor shower. Two dining areas are provided (one inside and another on the terrace) as well as a sunbathing area with two sun loungers and an umbrella. Finally, a large indoor sofa and an outdoor lounge complete this set integrated into a modern and stylish decor. Other things to note Our driver will welcome you with his comfortable 8-seater van upon arrival at Phuket Airport for a worry-free check-in. Private round-trip van transfer is included in our services. Similarly, cleaning twice a week with change of sheets once a week is included in the rate. The villa will be cleaned before check-in and after checkout (cleaning fee detailed in the rate) The pool and garden are cleaned 3 times a week for your convenience. Two single beds can be arranged upon request in one room instead of a king size bed Your host is available for any requests.
