Mt Coolum Hideaway is perched amongst the trees with spectacular hinterland views , sparkling pool on the expansive front deck and the beach only 2 km away. This is a home you will love with plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and two living areas. We want our guests to feel relaxed and welcome but advise no parties allowed. Pets allowed upon application only. *Pls enquire for check in on Public Holiday or Sunday. The space Whilst this is a new listing due to a change in Management, rest assured that we have hosted many happy guests. A sample of past reviews can be found in our photos. Mt Coolum Hideaway sits on the side of Mt Coolum and is spread over three levels. The first level consists of an spacious entertainment room with a lounge, table tennis table, board games and puzzles. Up a flight of stairs is the second and main level which consists of kitchen, dining and living, laundry, bathroom and separate toilet, three bedrooms and the deck and pool. A single bedroom and king bedroom with large ensuite and walk in robe ar on the uppermost level of the house. Mt Coolum Hideaway is up a steep driveway and parking is available in the carport and beside the house. The garage is unfortunately unavailable to guests as it is reserved for the use of the owners. There is limited street parking so the property may not be suitable to groups with more than three vehicles. Following are the house rules that we require you to abide by: * No parties or events. * Please be aware that there is a very strict NO SMOKING policy on the property. * No additional guests or visitors allowed. Owners/property manager must be advised of any additional guests. * No noise after 10.00p.m. * Please be considerate of our neighbours. * Please supervise children in the pool. * No pets allowed unless by prior approval. * No shoes with heels inside the home. * Please be aware our home is in a bushland setting and children should be supervised whilst outside. *Pets allowed upon application at owners discretion. We also wish to advise that we have external security cameras installed which enable us to protect our home and monitor guest numbers and noise. Please note: The breaking any of the rules will end in instant eviction and no refund. We will require a photograph of your drivers license upon booking request. ****Preference will be given to bookings of 5 nights or longer over school holidays and 7 nights or longer over the Christmas holiday period, please enquire rather than request for shorter stays. ****Please enquire rather than request to book for check in on Public Holidays or Sundays. Guest access Guests have use of the entire home except the locked garage. Some cupboards in the entertainment room and the laundry are locked and are for the use of owners. Other things to note The house has multiple sets of stairs. If this may be an issue please contact us via an enquiry and we will be happy to answer your questions. Our driveway is very steep but safe.
