Located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and safe building, just right in front of the beach with unobstructed views. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry inside the unit, kitchen, dining area, living area and balcony. Accommodates up to 8 guests: a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a queen bed, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a bunk bed with one double and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioner for a comfortable sleep, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Laundry with washer and dryer, kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked with all you will need during your stay to cook meals. Fully furnished dining and living areas with smart TV and Wi-Fi, the main areas have ceiling fans. Outdoor furniture in the balcony, a hammock, and a BBQ grill. Fully equipped with all the essentials (linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer) and more – all that you need to feel at home! Beach towels, chairs, cooler and other beach gears are also provided for your use as well. 2 parking spaces inside the building facilities. The building has direct access to the street in front the beach, also has elevators for your convenience. Restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy and fast-food places less than 5 min drive. Lots of Family-friendly activities near: Surfing lessons at La Beach beach, El Yunque, Hacienda Carabali, Kioskos de Luquillo and much more including snorkeling, boat & bio bay tours, ferry to Culebra & Vieques. Near to the Airport (about 30 mins drive), Old San Juan (about 45 mins drive) and Fajardo (about 20 mins drive) where you can also find lots of activities and tours. Guest access The entire apartment unit is yours to enjoy during your stay and is not shared. You will also have access to a shared pool and outdoor shower (please rinse sand off before returning to the apartment) and bath in the building. Other things to note Self check-in and check-out. Instructions will be provided close to the arrival date. Please note this is a 2nd floor unit with an open balcony, not suitable for infants or children. Any children who do stay must be supervised at all times for safety. Please always be aware of maritime conditions and check the beach flags: Red flag: Dangerous conditions (strong waves and/or rip current) — no swimming recommended Yellow flag: Moderate conditions — use caution Green flag: Calm and safer conditions — swimming allowed, but still use caution Keep in mind La Pared beach is a surfing spot NOT recommended for swimming due to underwater currents, but only within a 5 min walk you can find an area suitable for swimmers. Please keep in mind, this is an island and at times we do lose power. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, water or internet. In case of power outage during the night, lanterns are available in the closet. Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and although we perform regular professional pest control, occasional insects may appear from the outdoors. This is normal in tropical areas and can happen even in well-maintained and clean properties. We have never had ongoing issues with this, but if you ever notice anything during your stay, please let us know so we can address it promptly.
