Everything you need in a kitchen. Great location!! Walking distances to Linden Hills & the Lakes, shops & restaurants. After biking/walking around the lakes, sit back & enjoy a beverage on the deck perched among the tree tops. The space There are three bedrooms, one large bedroom, one average sized and one small bedroom. The kitchen is a galley-style kitchen. It is the top 3rd floor unit of a 4 unit building. It is big enough but has a cozy feel. The living room is average sized and we have put both the couch and dining table in the same room with the TV, so there is no separate dining room. It has a large HDTV with Roku and YouTubeTV which has the regular channels (ESPN, NBC, CNN, etc.) The bathroom has a tub and a shower. Since it is the top floor the bathroom has angled ceiling but has still ample room for a 6 foot plus person. The deck is extra large. It is a bright and airy unit. There is only off-street parking but that has never been a problem. Usually you can park right in front of the building. Please note that it is on the third floor, the last set of stairs are fairly steep so if you have issues with stairs, this might not be the place for you! Guest access You have the use of the entire third floor. There is also coin operated laundry in the basement. Your back stairway leads down to the basement. There is a small yard in front. Other things to note It is on the third floor so you will have to be able to walk up two flights of stairs, the last set is fairly steep.
