Charming Refuge with garden and pool

Looking for a decelerated time? Retreat, private and to linger with its own garden and swimming pool. Our house offers elegant simplicity between sea, pine and baroque. Newly renovated, we offer three bedrooms, two antique vaulted rooms, a private courtyard, garden and swimming pool. No non-swimmers and small children. Bathroom, guest toilet, outdoor pool shower and toilet. Shopping, restaurant 3 minutes walk, beaches 12 km. The first rental will take place in August 2022. The space The building is essentially 18th century, subdivided in the 19th with alterations in the early 20th. Refurbished to include a swimming pool, new bathroom, kitchen, toilet, electricity, plumbing and air conditioning (double heating). Old floors, ceilings, frames and doors have been preserved as far as possible. The inventory is selected and reflects the same epochs. The garden takes time... Guest access Guests have access to all areas from the courtyard onwards, including the roof. The roof is secured by a low wall, but not set up for socializing. Other things to note The swimming pool, 2.50 meters by 10 meters, is serviced weekly. Maximum depth is 2 meters. The floor is sloping. The wind can cause some sand to settle on the ground. The lighting can be controlled from the fuse box in the passage to the bathroom (we plan to simplify this.)
