Detached guesthouse completely private. Perfect for getaways The space Sleeping space are two futons. If needed, an air mattress can be available if requested. There is tv with wifi (fire tv) no cable however. Newly renovated bathroom completely private. There is an AC/HEATER unit as noted in picture. Can be controlled with remote for the ideal temperature desired. Please note there is no kitchen however a fridge is provided and a microwave can be provided as well if needed. Perfect place to sleep if out venturing New York City! Guest access The whole guest house is yours during the entirety of the stay. Guests have access to backyard seating area as demonstrated in the picture.
