Our large family friendly home is superbly located in the beautiful Mevagissey. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, all mod cons, and comfortable lounge/dining area, large upstairs lounge, secluded outdoor patio areas and grass garden. A 5 minute walk to the picturesque harbour, shops & restaurants & a short drive to Heligan gardens or Pentewan Beach with Eden Project a 20 min drive away. Our guests enjoy easy parking for 2 cars & an excellent location in the heart of the village The space Spacious newly renovated home in the heart of Mevagissey , ideal for a large family getaway or even 2 families as sleeps 8. Upstairs there is a large master with a superking bed, large en suite with walking shower , large TV and a Juliet balcony. Also upstairs is a large lounge with a large TV & wood burner & a Juliet balcony, as well as an office area with a new sofa bed. Downstairs is a newly fitted kitchen with a large dining table seating 8, a breakfast bar & a seating area with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. There is a single room, a twin room , a bathroom with a bath and shower and a king size bedroom with its own small en-suite with a shower. There is a spacious entrance with space for coats & shoes. It is airy and spacious , all beds have cotton bedding made up on arrival and towels & has been renovated throughout to a high spec and has outdoor patio and grass areas & parking for 2 cars that can come in and out of the property without having to negotiate the notorious Mevagissey one-way system !
