Boat slip on site! 3BR 2BA house

The perfect getaway at Lake Blackshear! Our home is located just south of 27 bridge where the Flint River widens to become Lake Blackshear. The entire space has been recently renovated and beautifically decorated for your perfect stay! We have recently installed a boat slip on the property. Our home is smoke free and pet free. Whoever leases the space has to be one of the guests. The space We have 3 bedrooms (4 beds) with 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double and a Queen and the 3rd has a king. Guest access The entire upstairs of the house your rented space. There is a basement that has a full separate bathroom that is available but please do not use the lily pad and the inflatable floats. The downstairs is not part of the rental but we do not restrict you going into this storage area. This is not a part of the rental so do not include this area in reviews. It floods often so it does not stay cleaned for renting. It is a storage area but you are welcome to use the restroom if you wish. Other things to note The porches are my “happy place”. You’ll love drinking your morning coffee as the sun comes up over the water. On even years the water level is dropped for lake residents to do repairs. Just a note that if you book in Nov or Dec of these years the water level will be low.
