Cousins Dario and Emanuel will be happy to accommodate you in their apartment. Recently renovated it is very cozy and comfortable, and its proximity to the beach makes it unique (Cala Guitgia area, about 30 m from the sea). Not far from both the center and the other main beaches. The terrace overlooking the sea is perfect for lunch or dinner outdoors or simply to relax. If relaxation and comfort are what you are looking for, our apartment is right for you. We look forward to seeing you! The space - 4 beds divided into 2 rooms. One double bed in the first room and two single beds in the second. - The bathroom has a shower cabin with siphon and shower and power outlets for the hairdryer (included) - The kitchen has gas stoves, refrigerator/freezer, filter hood, complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery. - Both rooms have air conditioning and TV, bedside tables and wardrobes. - The entire accommodation is covered by the wi-fi connection Guest access All apartment guests have access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the barbecue area. Grill and barbecue equipment must be requested in advance (wood, charcoal and similar are not included). Appropriate behavior is appreciated at night in respect of the neighborhood. The terrace is shared with guests of an adjacent apartment. Other things to note SMOKING POLICY: - The accommodation is NON-SMOKING - NO SMOKING - No smoking in the house even with the windows open or looking out the window. However, you can smoke quietly on the terrace or in the barbecue area, respecting the environment and using the ashtrays provided. - Penalties will be incurred for violations of the NO-SMOKING policy.
