It's the perfect place to unwind and feel close to nature. - Hot Tub with warm water: positioned right next to the sauna, it offers warm, soothing baths - an excellent complement to your relaxation. Immerse yourself in the hot water while enjoying the tranquility and breathtaking views. Guest access FLOATING HOMES: COMFORT CLOSE TO NATURE The property features two beautiful floating homes, each offering unique and luxurious conditions: First Home A modern house of 54 m², finished in white and gray tones with wooden accents, creating a cozy and minimalist space. Inside, you'll find: - two spacious bedrooms with large wardrobes providing plenty of storage space. - a pristine bathroom. - a kitchen with a dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. - a living room with glass walls highlighting the beauty of the surrounding nature. A comfortable sofa that unfolds into a double bed invites relaxation. Second Home Smaller but equally charming, with an area of 30 m², it offers: - a bedroom with a cozy double bed, wooden accents, and colorful pillows that create a warm atmosphere. - a living room in natural tones with an orange sofa which could be a bed for two, and large windows to enjoy the outdoor views. - a kitchenette equipped with essentials like a coffee machine and toaster. - a bathroom that combines comfort with functionality. Both homes feature terraces with hammocks, hanging chairs, and airy pergolas entwined with reeds, creating the perfect place to relax. Here, you can observe wildlife such as kingfishers, herons, or cormorants, as well as water animals like ducks and beavers. Try to keep that in mind and don't lose your belongings in the water as most likely you will not be able to get them back. Note also that you are in the middle of beautiful nature. Please, respect the environment around you and throw your rubbish in the bin exclusively. * PLEASE NOTE: - additional services, such as a sauna or hot tub are subject to an additional fee. - there is a strict ban on charging electric vehicles on the premises. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 1000 EUR - smoking only on a terrace and no cigarette butts thrown into the water - extra service requested (groceries, flowers) must be arranged up to 24 hours prior check-in and is subject to extra operational fee 50 EUR - lost key is a subject to fee of 80 EUR - late check-outs as well as early check-ins are subject to availability and must be agreed upon happening through airbnb messages. Otherwise a fee of 50 EUR per each hour of early coming or late leaving might be charged to your credit card - we are not responsible for items lost in the water nor anywhere else within or outside the house - only you are responsible for you and your family members when staying on a floating house. We do not take any responsibility for your actions that may lead to falling, hurting yourself or drowning. We provide first aid kit, safety vests and a lifebuoy yet we will not take any legal responsibility in case something happens to you during your stay at the house, near the house or anywhere else.
