Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. *****Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up. The space There is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and tv in the bedroom. There is a Roku that you can log into for your own personal streaming. The combined kitchen/living room has nice natural lighting with a full kitchen, a TV with Roku and has a full size futon that sleeps one comfortably, 2 can fit. Guest access Parking in all of Bar Harbor is very limited. We suggest that once you park yourself at the apartments, plan out your excursions with parking in mind. Make reservations as much as you can to assure you will have the best time possible without having to wait in lines Other things to note The condos are utilized as a quiet space for your enjoyment. Children are allowed, but please respect the "quiet" space for the other guests, and limit to 4 people per unit. We ask that anyone renting be mindful of noise as not to disturb guests trying to relax.
