The space This elegant Villa is located in an area of absolute tranquility, close to one of Portugal's main natural parks – Gerês (35km) –, 22km from Ponte de Lima and close the city of Braga and the Bom Jesus Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. SOLAR DA LEVADA stays only 20 minutes away (14km). Bom Jesus Villa has 3 floors and is composed as follows: . Entrance floor: a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and dining room with dining table, access to the balcony and a shared bathroom, laundry room and garden. . Upper floor: four bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom. . Lower floor: a living room with a shared bathroom that connects to the swimming pool, garden and barbecue. Guest access The Villa it’s exclusively available to the guests mentioned in the reservation. AIR CONDITIONING: The Villa has AC to heat or cool the bedrooms, guaranteeing your comfort and well-being. POOL: Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, providing the perfect oasis to cool off on warm summer days. AMENITIES: » The kitchenette is fully equipped with necessary cooking ware; initial cooking kit including salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar; tableware including wine glasses; COFFEE corner with coffee pods. » The bathroom is provided with cotton towels, shower gel/shampoo and also hand wash gel; » Other essential amenities: hair dryer, iron & table, hangers, etc; INTERNET: There is FREE and UNLIMITED high-speed WiFi. LAUNDRY: The Villa has a laundry with dryer and washer machines and detergent pods. CHECK-IN: Self Check-In is not available. GARDEN/PATIO/BALCONY: Depending on the time of year, guests may encounter mosquitoes or other insects. Although we have regular pest control services, we are not able to offer any guarantee against refunds due to occasional insects that may appear inside the accommodation. Other things to note » Only guests listed on the "guest information form" may stay in the Villa. LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: » A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the Villa is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. » Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €6 per night to cover these costs. » By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments. MUST DO Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival. This is required to comply with Portuguese law, which mandates that short-term rental hosts report guest information to the Borders Service (AIMA).
