Wonderful historic float house with the world greatest views The space The float home consists of a single room plus a bathroom. A queen-size bed, fit for 2 people, and a futon couch that sleeps 2, make up the sleeping spaces in the single room of this cute and cozy float home. A nice kitchen area can also be found in a single room. What makes the home so endearing is the bear-themed porch on the front of the home. There is ample seating for all guests on the porch. Plus, there is an additional dock in front of the porch that guests may use to take in the outstanding views of the lake and mountains. There is Wi-Fi but it is not great. It works on a point-to-point connection. We would not recommend renting this for work-related reasons. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the deck space out front of their porch if desired as long as they are willing to share it with others who wish to pass by. Other things to note Extra rollaway beds are available if needed, but space is limited. Boat slips and boat rentals are available. We can accommodate additional guests over the age of 9 for an additional $10 per night. Pets are additional. Please do not allow your pets on the beds or on the furniture. We can accommodate additional guests in your room over the age of 9 for an additional $10 per night. The local laundromat is within walking distance of your room. The accommodation does not include paper towels or kleenex. Smoking Policy All rooms are designated as non-smoking. The guest agrees rooms that smell of smoke shall be assessed a cleaning fee of $250.00 and shall be automatically billed to the guest’s credit card.
