Come experience our affordable upstairs Stomping Ground Studio apartment right here in the heart of Warrensburg and the home of the University of Central Missouri Mules! Centrally located, close to the University, and downtown Warrensburg, the Stomping Ground Studio is a peaceful spot for a small getaway. Located just north of campus within walking distance to downtown Warrensburg where you will find many bars and restaurants. Enjoy our quaint, UCM themed, upstairs studio during your stay! The space Our studio is small but we have made use of the space. The studio is a private unit with no access to the downstairs home. Our queen size bed is very comfy. There is a closet area with room for your clothes to hang. the bathroom space is tight it features a shower with plenty of hot water. There is a small round kitchen table with 4 chairs between the bed and living area. The kitchen is a galley kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge and coffee bar. The living space has a couch that features a trundle that pulls out and pops up to make a small full size bed to sleep. Our space is perfect for a couple to stay or a family with children. Guest access You will have access to off-street parking right at the base of the stairs to our Stomping Ground Studio. The unit is completely separate from the downstairs unit. Other things to note The downstairs part of the house is an Airbnb as well. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. There are normally guests staying here at the same time as the upstairs unit is rented. There is no access to either unit from inside the other. You will have your own private space. Because of having neighbors, we have quiet hours set from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
