Modern, quiet and family-friendly villa with heated pool (upon request) not overlooked, for up to 9 people. Located 15 - 20 minutes from Marrakech city centre (Fez km7 road). The space The villa consists of 3 suites, 1 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a private heated pool, a garden with outdoor games and a private parking space. Guests can take advantage of optimum air conditioning in all rooms, as well as fiber Wi-Fi. You have the option to take a stove (price on request), groceries are at your expense. You also have the option of having access to a home spa service (massages, aesthetic care...) You can fully enjoy a rooftop overlooking the Atlas. The villa is 30 minutes from Marrakech airport. Hosting outsiders not included in the reservation is not allowed in the villa. Guest access Guests can take full advantage of the swimming pool and garden without being overlooked (unheated swimming pool during the summer period), billiards and soccer cage. Other things to note Not included in the price of your stay: bottle of water and toilet paper during your stay (only available upon arrival), cleaning (extra including change of sheets, towels and complete cleaning of the villa). Smoking inside the villa is strictly forbidden, as is the consumption of illegal substances. Anyone not on the reservation will not be allowed. No pets are allowed. Please leave the premises by 11 a.m. at the latest so that the villa can be completely cleaned for the next guests.
