Other things to note Being centrally located in Old Market, there's sometimes potential for nightlife noise. Each condo has ear plugs for anyone who's a light sleeper. Each bed has a white noise machine on the nightstand, as well as a fan, to ensure quality sleep for our guests. We offer 1 FREE parking pass per condo, which allows 1 vehicle in a secured parking lot attached to the building (Landmark Parking Garage). If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can still park here for a reasonable rate each night. The dumpster room can lock from the outside sometimes, it’s super important to bring your phone with you and to have the codes accessible when you go into this room.
