When booking please let me know your estimated check in time. Bright room facing the waterfront in Granton Harbour, approx 3 miles north of the city centre. The place is connected by buses 9, 22, X37, 19, 16 and 17 (airport). Elevator + 1 underground car park available. Guests can use the kitchen and have your professional latte as much as you like. There are also cereal and milk. We have 2 kids (2 & 6yrs old). We also have a cat. The cat litter is in the bathroom but is kept tidy. The space Our place is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood but it is still served by many buses to the city centre as well as the airport. There are no bars, restaurants, bakeries or corner shops nearby. The main advantage of this is that there are also no noise coming from loud bars, drunk people, busy restaurants, general traffic noise, refuse vehicles, tram bells etc. Our place is ideal for people who want a complete peace and quiet at night for uninterrupted sleep. Feb 2024 - We have upgraded the room with a king size bed and luxury simba mattress (150x200cm). Floor to ceiling windows with blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep. 43inch TV with Netflix and Amazon video. The room comes with USB chargers and worldwide to UK plug converter. There is also a dressing table with chair, tea/coffee and kettle. Two bedside chest of drawers as well as half of a wardrobe and further 5 chest of drawers to keep your clothes tidy and organised. Last but not the least, the room is lockable for additional privacy and security. Guest access In addition to the private room, guests can access the living room/kitchen and balcony. We (hosts) have a separate toilet therefore the bathroom is mainly for yourself however, the cat litter is there. On very rare occasion, when we have relatives visiting they may use the bathroom. During your stay I work from home most days and I am happy to assist you with any queries in person or through the App. Sometimes my husband also work from home in our third bedroom so he can also assist you. Other things to note We have 2 kids (2 and 6yr old) and both sleep well from 8pm until 7am. They go to nursery and primary school Monday to Friday. There may be some noise in the kitchen/living room from 7am till 7:45am when our daughters are having breakfast before going out. Otherwise both are mostly behaved and don't go into your room.
