1BR in Sukhumvit: 5 Mins Walk to BTS Phrom Phong

This little gem is located in Central Sukhumvit. It is only 5 minutes walk from Phrom Phong Station (BTS Skytrain). Conveniently, the house also steps away from an international supermarket where they have pretty much everything. The place has just been renovated. It's my second home in Bangkok so I am very excited to be sharing my space with you all :) The room is located on the second floor with A/C, private bathroom, window, and a step out balcony. The space Our place is a four-story, stand-alone townhouse, freshly renovated in mid-2019. With only six private rooms, it stays quiet and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind. We’ve designed plenty of common areas to encourage connection. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room and kitchen, while the second floor has laundry facilities (washer & dryer). On the third floor, there’s a cozy indoor open-air garden — ideal for morning yoga, an afternoon read, or just a little downtime. The best part? The location! The neighborhood is super walkable and packed with great restaurants, making it easy to get around and explore. Do keep in mind that a little street noise can be expected on some nights. Other things to note The room (14 sqm) is located on the second floor with A/C, a private bathroom, a window, and a step-out balcony. The bedroom and the bathroom are private. The living room, kitchen, garden patio, and laundry machines are shared with others in the house. For immigration purposes, a picture of the guest's passport and some travelling information is required upon check-in. As a host, I am required by law to submit the information to the Immigration Bureau of Thailand. Thank you for your cooperation!
