This home is 3 blocks from Ross Ade Stadium in the beautiful Hills and Dales Neighborhood. It's a ranch on a finished basement that has been well loved over the years with kitchen and bathrooms recently updated. There is a fenced-in backyard with a patio and grill for cookouts. Large trees and beautiful landscaping invite you to relax after a fun day at a Purdue football game (Boiler up!) or other campus activity. Long term stays welcome - just send an inquiry! The space There are 5 bedrooms with queen beds and a sixth bedroom features adult bunk beds with full size mattresses. There are 3 full bathrooms. The main bath has a bathtub/shower combination. The master bathroom has a spa-like shower. The basement bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower as well. The basement family room features 2 televisions, 2 couches, several chairs, a spare card table and folding chairs, games, and extra pillows/blankets. All beds have nice linens for a comfortable night of sleep. Additional blankets, towels, and pillows are available in common area closets. With a large dining table, guests can enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for large groups and spices, oils, vinegars, flour, etc. are on hand in case you get an urge to whip up your favorite batch of cookies! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the garage and a storage closet in the basement. Other things to note The finished basement is very comfortable with normal ceiling heights and high-quality carpeting. The basement has one bedroom and one bathroom, and a comfortable area to watch a 2 large-screen tvs with couches (one that pulls out as sleepers). The laundry room is also in the basement and available for guests to use.
