It has three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with a tub). The nearly 25 feet by 20 feet family room/ game room has high end fireplace and furniture. Enjoy regulation sized air hockey and foosball. Enjoy a full size arcade with12 classic arcade games. Or have fun playing one of 10 board games provided on the game table made on top of an old bike with mango wood. The main floor is great and has a large dining room easily fitting 12 so EVERYONE can eat together. It also has an entry the has room for at least 12 people to stow their shoes, hang their towels and keep it clean. The main floor master suit is great to accommodate those that hate stairs. They have their own master bathroom, shower and closet big enough to use the provided pack n play (as the crib). The entire home is yours for entertainment and relaxing. The internet is the highest rated and fastest option available in garden city. I’ll get you the password when you arrive. There are 4 ultra high definition TV’s with 4K and smart streaming devices (bring your own access) I am available 24 7 but if it’s between 10-7am I might take longer to reply since I could be asleep. Across the street is Mikes Market and Ace hardware. They come in handy. Also marina is close by about a block or two north. City pool and go carts on down the street to the south. Food is all within about a mile. Less than a mile from down town. You can get around by walking, biking, driving, atv and pretty much any other way you would like. Please limit towels to one of each size per guest: (normal size body towel, hand towel, wash rag). The washer and dryer are available and expected to be used if you find yourself needing clean sheets or in need of towel cleaning.
