Lovely flat (4 beds) over looking fishing pond

Set in a beautiful village overlooking the duck and fishing pond. High Treasures is within 10 miles of country houses Winston Churchill’s Chartwell, Knole house and park, Penshurst Place and Hever Castle. Gatwick Airport and London can be reached within an hour. In the village there is a bistro in a local garden centre and the village public house. There are also other country pubs in the surrounding area. The space High Treasures is a 2022 refurbished flat. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 there are two day beds and an extra bed under a day bed to accommodate more people. If you need the extra bed made up please request when booking. The kitchen has an island for communal area and includes a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the flat. There is one parking bay by the staircase to the flat. Two cars or transit vans can park one in front of the other. Other cars can be parked on the road side. Other things to note TVs are internet based and include Amazon Prime Video. No parties. There is a defibrillator (defib) on the front of the building. The property is in a small country village there is the odd bus to Edenbridge or Tunbridge Wells where you can take a train to London Bridge but I advise to have or rent a car. The property has no gas appliances so there is not a Carbon Monoxide Alarm.
