PS:Pool is shared The space Its a spacious 3 Bedroom Apartment on the ground floor which means easy access for elderly and specially abled travellers. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and each room has a double bed. There is a big, spacious common lounge with a wide screen LED, Sofa Sets, another queen size bed along with AC, Dining Table and an attached open kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, society common areas including pool & garden. Other things to note Please note: NO PARTIES. This Apartment is in a residential society where other families, couples etc live. No Loud Noise or any sort of disturbance is tolerated. You may drink and chill within the apartment but no sort of nuisance, dancing, partying, drugs, etc are tolerated Rs 5,000 will be taken as a security refundable deposit on check in, the same is returned within 48 hours of check out once our staff has checked the property and there has been no damage. There is only one functional AC in the living area and thats more than sufficient. Please note that power cuts can happen often in Goa, we DO NOT have a generator backup. However, an Inverter backup is available for fans and lights. ACs do not function on Inverter. Pool usage has to be done in accordance with society timings and rules to be strictly followed. WiFi speed is generally good but can vary during inclement weather, if you are planning to work on a vacation, we suggest that you carry an extra alternative just to be on the safer side. Check in Time: Post 1 PM Check Out Time: By 11 AM Early check in is purely subject to availability and not guaranteed. Late Check out is chargeable with full 1 day's charge.
