Up until Tsuneishi opened its doors that have put Balamban on the map, it's now a developing and bustling town, transforming Balamban from a poor town into one of the country's foremost municipalities. This is a family-friendly property and that you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. The space Casas Bugambilias - This listing is a 2- floor, 2-unit apartment, and this one is on the first floor (lower unit). There's one bedroom and an En-suite toilet & bath. It's fully air-conditioned, including the living room. Living room has a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people. It has a full kitchen and complete with utensils (cooking pots, dishes and silverwares). Shower has hot water. It is located inside a fenced and gated small apartment complex and is at the back of another 2-story house. A pet dog resides in the property and since this is a family-friendly property, you may see some children (relatives of the owners) playing inside the premises. The location is only a walking distance from Gaisano Grand Mall in the main road and is also a few steps away from the ocean. Balamban main town is only a kilometer and a half away from this place. Guest access There's plenty of parking spaces inside the premises and the barangay road is located right outside the gate. The road leading to the property is big enough to accommodate all types of vehicles. Other things to note PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS Upon booking confirmation, please submit the names and identification of all guests checking-in as we will only allow the guests who submit the pre-check-in requirements to go inside the property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is at 1 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. We ask all guest to respect this check-in and check-out times to give us enough time to prepare for the next guest.
